Escoto Martínez, Zunilda
Zunilda Escoto Martínez has significantly performed as a lawyer in academic and state institutions, widely practicing in the areas of Intellectual Property, Civil Procedure, Sanitary Registration and Administrative Law.
She has extensive experience in local legal practice, advising companies in the areas of Trademark Registration and Intangible Rights, Sanitary Registration of pharmaceutical products, medical devices and chemical products for industrial use, among others.
As part of her experience in administrative and judicial proceedings for the protection of trademarks and copyrights, she served as Legal Assistant in the Criminal District Court of Managua, Nicaragua.
Graduated in Law at the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua.
She has also participated in several congresses, courses and seminars given by national and international institutions, obtaining diplomas in Environmental, Civil Procedure and Intellectual Property.

Zunilda Escoto Martínez formed part of the legal team that was in charge of the process and coordination of health records of all the pharmaceutical products of one of the leading pharmaceutical companies of India, in 10 different countries of Central and South America.
In addition, she was involved in the legal team that was in charge of advising and managing the process of recovery of trademarks and patents in abandonment, before the corresponding administrative entity, succeeding to recover and register more than 200 trademarks and 6 patent registration processes, which had been abandoned.
