Stefany Rascón provided legal advice in two Dispute Adjudication Board proceedings in accordance with the Yellow Book “Plant and Desing Built Contract”, first edition (1999) of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), derived from claims and disputes arising from an Engineering Procurement and Construction -EPC- contract and an Operation and Mantainance contract -O & M-, of a thermal power generation plant in El Salvador. Both processes were based in the city of London and favourable results were gained for the advised client.
She also advised a company specialized in the supply and leasing of assets to obtain energy efficiency and carbon footprint reduction, which is an innovative way to save energy through special equipment for the purpose in question. The process was successfully completed through the signing of a major asset lease with a large financial group in the country and the region.
