Kevin Vargas has extensive experience in litigation and intellectual property, where he has litigated in various common and special civil and commercial proceedings, administrative and constitutional, such as labor disputes, among others. Kevin Vargas initiated and finalized a common declarative judgment of obligation existence with a disputed value of 450,000.00, with favorable judgment in favor of the client. In this common process, the little test with the purpose of obtaining the desired result according to the pretension is to be valued.
In addition, he initiated, brought forward and finalized a special executive judgment, which was settled on second instance and sentenced in favor of the client with a disputed value of US $ 430,000.00.
Finally, he has been involved in an administrative debarment process to bid for two calendar years, where he in administrative instance obtained a result in favor of the client, in which disregarding said claim failed.
