Díaz Dubois, Ivy Roxani
Ivy Roxani Díaz Dubois joined Lexincorp in November 2004, where she has held various positions, ensuring and assisting in different areas of the firm. Since 2008 she is an associate attorney and counts with extensive experience in the corporate field, advising and conducting consultancies to various national and international entities, including hotel chains, palm tree companies, rubber tapping industry, pharmaceutical laboratotries, real estate, advertising companies, insurance brokers, civil associations, foundations, churches and others.
In addition to the corporate area, she has also provided advice on civil, commercial, labor, taxation, voluntary jurisdiction, registrational and banking matters, such as negotiation of contracts, preparation of national and multinational company’s tenders, migration, having advised individual clients, developed asset structures, processing and analysis of various notarial documents, civil, commercial (typical and atypical) and labor instruments.
She counts with experience in the incorporation of companies and everything related to their legal handling, including modifications, transformations, dissolutions, liquidations and mergers among others. She has run the establishment and monitoring of offshore entities and private interest foundations.
Additionally, she has been titular professor of the courses Commercial Law II and III at the University Mariano Galvez of Guatemala.

Graduated in Legal and Social Sciences, Attorney and Notary at the University Mariano Gálvez de Guatemala;
Master’s degree in Corporate Law at the University Rafael Landivar (thesis defense pending);
Diploma in Alternative Methods of Dispute Settlement with specialization in Arbitration at the Dispute Resolution Committee of the Guatemalan Chamber of Industry and the School of Graduate Studies of the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences of the University of San Carlos de Guatemala.

Ivy Roxani Díaz Dubois participated in the due diligence of an oil company in order to regularize it and she currently advises the company constantly, in terms of sales and leasing of real estate, supply contracts and various building contracts.
She performed due diligence of an offshore entity and Guatemalan society, participating in the business structure in order for both the offshore entity as its assets to become client’s property, structuring various trust and mortgage loans.
Additionally, she participated in the regulation of several Guatemalan entities, which formed part of a pharmaceutical group and advised a Civil Association in obtaining partial reimbursement of trust assets.
