Federico Morales has extensive experience in matters of procedural law, providing services as a litigation lawyer to recognized Guatemalan entities. He has also served as an advisor to the Ministry of Public Finance and the Ministry of Communications of Guatemala.
Graduated in Legal Sciences, Attorney and Notary at the University Rafael Landívar;
He has also participated in several congresses, courses and seminars, given by different national and international institutions, obtaining diplomas in penal matters, criminal procedure, administrative law, real estate law, alternative methods of dispute resolution and arbitration.

Currently, Federico Morales is involved in an arbitration that originates from the termination of a distribution contract without a justifiable cause, in which a significant amount will be claimed for the damage request, which has not been determined yet.
Likewise, he has implemented a collection management department of default portfolios of banking institutions, credit cards and other commercial entities.
He has also advised and litigated on family matters, including divorce, definition of support payments and their executions, creating precise legal strategies for each situation.
