Cristina Salas has experience in the areas of Corporate Law and Immigration and currently serves as director of the division of Immigration Law at Lexincorp. She advises top-level companies throughout the migration processes of their company executives and foreign investors, interested in forming new innovative projects in Costa Rica.
She has also advised multinational companies, such as Convergys, on Taxation matters. In the practice of corporate law she has contributed corporate structures and new entrepreneurial projects in the area of Financial Technology.

Cristina Salas has managed to solve complicated cases such as extensive migration processes of rentiers, pensioners and investors. She has advised a group of entrepreneurs regarding a financial exchange project, developed by an application for mobile phones and websites. She was in charge of the review and drafting of successful appeals before the Immigration Administrative Court regarding decisions issued by the General Directorate of Migration and Foreign Affairs. She has also participated in the reorganization of companies in corporate matters, such as in arrangements where a financial and legal plan was made for the company. Finally, she has resolved tax matters, such as declarations of tax exemptions, with transnational corporations.
