Cinthya Jiménez Pichardo counts with a broad experience, working for legal firms and prestigious companies in Nicaragua in the areas of Corporate Law, Contracts, Administrative Law, Natural Resources and Energy.
She especially took active part in the local legal practice as an adviser for investors in the process of setting up companies and obtaining permits and licenses required to start their operations.
Additionally, she has extensive experience in advising service companies and the mining and energy sector, in administrative processes before state entities, in order to obtain concessions for the exploration and exploitation of minerals and hydrocarbons.
Graduated in Law, majoring in Economic Law at the Central American University in Nicaragua;
Master’s degree in Business Law, with specialization in Legal Counseling at the Central American University in Nicaragua.
She has also participated in several congresses, courses and seminars, given by different national and international institutions, obtaining diplomas in matters of Corporate Law, Central American Integration and Contracts.

Cinthya Jiménez Pichardo directed the legal team in charge of the acquisition of a national company, including its assets and liabilities, in favor of one of the most important companies in the free trade zone in the textile sector with presence in Nicaragua and Honduras, including the effective transfer of a labor force of more than 300 workers, obtaining the necessary authorizations and the subscription of the respective required contracts.
In addition, she formed part of the team that was involved in carrying out legal audits for the local client portfolio of one of the largest companies in the region in the production and commercialization of agricultural inputs, for the study and evaluation of risk in the granting of credits of up to US $ 2,000,000.00.
She formed part of the team that worked on the awarding of state contracts in the energy distribution and generation sector of eight national companies of the same business group, for amounts exceeding US $ 30,000,000.00.
