Experience

Antonio Guirola Moze’s practice is focused on corporate, commercial, notarial and corporate matters, in which he has served as an associate lawyer and legal advisor to several local and foreign companies, including Puma El Salvador, Productive Business Solutions El Salvador, Grupo Monge, AT & T and Sony.

In his career as a lawyer at Lexincorp, he has been responsible for the coordination, negotiation, structuring and execution of various international transactions. Also, his development in the Corporate Department consists mainly of assisting national and international companies in their incorporation and the legal development of their operations in the country. At present, Antonio Guirola advises companies recognized both in local and international projects, with special emphasis on Corporate, Commercial and Administrative Law, such as Distribution Contracts, Renewable Energies, Tax Incentives, Banking Law, M & A and Customs Law, among others.

Antonio Guirola participated in the restructuring of a syndicated loan and the registration of their respective guarantees. This transaction, together with other related credit operations, exceeded the amount of US $ 90,000,000.00.


He also participated in the financing for the expansion of El Salvador’s telecommunications network infrastructure, advising various international financial institutions through Due Diligence processes and the elaboration of guarantee contracts that would support the operation. This transaction was valued at US $ 170,000,000.00.


Finally, he advises several international companies that wish to establish production or marketing centers in accordance with the “Free Trade Zones and Commercialization Law”, through which it is ensured that his clients have the permits, authorizations and fiscal incentives necessary for the development of their activities in El Salvador.
