Montano Acuña, Alfredo
Alfredo Montano Acuña has extensive experience as a lawyer in prestigious legal firms in Nicaragua, practicing especially in the areas of Intellectual Property, Family Law, Civil Law and Property Law.
He has a broad know-how of administrative procedures for the registration of Trademarks, Trade Names, Signs of Advertising or Propaganda, Copyrights, as well as registrations of Patents for Invention, due to his practice as an analyst and examiner at the Intellectual Property Registry of Nicaragua and the Ministry of Development, Industry and Commerce (MIFIC).
In addition, he has advised small, medium and large national and foreign companies in immigration law, labor law and legal audits, for the acquisition and formalization of properties. He served as Internal Legal Counsel of the Panamerican Institute of Training (IPAC).
Graduated in Law at the Polytechnic University of Nicaragua;
Postgraduate in Property Law at the University del Valle in Nicaragua.
In addition, he has participated in several congresses, courses and seminars, given by different national and international institutions, obtaining diplomas in matters of Intellectual Property, Labor Law and Social Security, Municipal Law, Property Law.
